Simon P. Etehad Named to 2027 Southern California Super Lawyers

Etehad Law, APC is proud to share that founder Simon P. Etehad, Esq. has been selected to the 2027 Southern California Super Lawyers list. This marks the seventh year in a row that Simon has earned this recognition, and his ninth selection overall.

What the Super Lawyers Selection Means

Super Lawyers is a rating service that recognizes attorneys who have earned a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection is not something a lawyer can apply for or purchase. It comes out of a multiphased process that combines independent research, nominations from other attorneys, and peer evaluations across a range of practice areas.

The process is deliberately selective. No more than 5 percent of the lawyers in a given state are named to the list in any year. Because the evaluation leans heavily on the opinions of other attorneys who practice in the same field, being chosen reflects the respect of colleagues who understand the work firsthand. For a firm like ours that spends its days in personal injury and civil litigation, that kind of recognition from peers means a great deal.

Nine Selections, Seven Years Running

Simon's history with Super Lawyers now spans nine selections. He was first named in 2015 and again in 2016. After that, he has been selected every year without interruption from 2021 through 2027, a stretch of seven consecutive years.

The unbroken run from 2021 to 2027 is the part worth pausing on. Sustained peer recognition over that many years points to consistency rather than a single good stretch.

Simon founded Etehad Law after being admitted to the California State Bar in December 1996. Over the years since, the firm has grown its practice across personal injury, civil litigation, business litigation, and real estate litigation, while keeping the same close, attentive approach to every client relationship.
