Meet Our New Attorney Erik Harper – Experienced & Passionate About Justice

Etehad Law is excited to introduce one of our recent hires, Erik Harper, an experienced attorney with 20 years in the legal field. Erik’s path to personal injury law has been unique, shaped by his extensive background in appellate work, criminal defense, and immigration law. His diverse experience has given him a deep understanding of the legal system, making him a strong advocate for our clients.

A Diverse Legal Background

Erik began his career as a staff attorney for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he worked closely with judges, advising them on rulings and drafting legal opinions. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the judicial process and strengthened his expertise in legal writing and research.

His passion for writing led him to appellate work, where he represented indigent criminal defendants on appeal and collaborated with immigration law firms on complex legal cases. However, an unexpected opportunity to assist a small personal injury firm introduced him to a field that would ultimately become his calling.
