Nathaniel I. Gilardi

Nathaniel “Nate” Gilardi is a rising attorney at Etehad Law. His practice focuses on personal injury with an emphasis on catastrophic injuries. He dedicates himself to advocating for his clients and lives by the mantra “leave people better than you found them.”

In 2016, prior to law school, Nate joined Etehad Law as a law clerk. During this time, he developed his skills and rapidly grew in his role. Nate would come to conduct legal research, draft pleadings and discovery, and otherwise become vital in preparing the client’s cases for litigation and trial. Nate played a critical role in obtaining an eight-figure settlement in an unlicensed contractor case and several seven and six-figure settlements in car crash cases.

Nate graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2022, where he completed its Civil Litigation Concentration program – a program designed to sharpen and hone the skills for civil litigators. He was an active member of Loyola’s Consumer Law Society and Jewish Law Students Association.

Nate is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
