Trial Attorney
Duties: Candidates must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a litigation attorney in the practice areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and dangerous condition of public property. The candidate must have practiced in California for at least 7 years. The candidate must have first-chaired at least 7 trials and second-chaired a minimum of 3. Strong discovery practice and highly proficient at focus grouping cases prior to trial. Detail-oriented tactician when it comes to trial preparation. The role is on-site, with a minimum of 4 days per week in office.
