My disabled daughter was injured and I spent several months seeking attorneys to litigate what seemed like a slam dunk case. To my surprise many were resisting to take on our case or wanted a sizable up front retainer fee which I couldn't provide.
Then I reached out to Simon. He listened and understood our case was not a typical one to handle. Irregardless they took it and RAN with it!
We went through the long process of filing, discovering documents, waiting for responses and even doing a deposition.
They were very thorough and understanding, and gave good updates and as to what to expect, plans to proceed and possible outcomes.
Today, after many months of going through the motions, we used a mediator to settle our case with a very fair and victorious outcome. When most said I can't, with them we DID!
