My disabled daughter was injured and I spent several months seeking attorneys to litigate what seemed like a slam dunk case. To my surprise many were resisting to take on our case or wanted a sizable up front retainer fee which I couldn't provide.

We went through the long process of filing, discovering documents, waiting for responses and even doing a deposition.
They were very thorough and understanding, and gave good updates and as to what to expect, plans to proceed and possible outcomes.
Today, after many months of going through the motions, we used a mediator to settle our case with a very fair and victorious outcome. When most said I can't, with them we DID! Once I realized this aspect was finally over my eyes filled with tears as I had reached a closure and can move forward knowing we prevailed with my head high!
